Use the free draw tool

  1. Click Create annotations to open the annotation menu.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the marker tool Web application marker icon in editor, and do one of the following:
    • To change the color, select the desired color.
    • To change the marker tip size, select the desired thickness.
    • To change the transparency of the marker, select the desired transparency.
    The tool changes according to your selection. To change another attribute, repeat this step.
  3. Draw on the file as desired.
    The annotation is saved automatically.
  4. To change the color, thickness, or transparency of the line after drawing, select the drawing and repeat step 2, changing the attributes as desired.
  5. To move the drawing, drag it to the desired location.
  6. To delete the drawing, select and delete it within the editor, or from the annotation management pane, click Annotation menu > Delete.
