Enable plug-ins

  1. Click the Workspaces icon in the taskbar, and click The Preferences icon > Preferences.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. To turn on BlackBerry Workspaces for Microsoft Outlook, select Protect files you send from Microsoft Outlook with Workspaces.

  4. In the Work with Workspaces-protected PDF documents area, click Set Workspaces Viewer as default to set the default program to use when opening BlackBerry Workspaces protected PDF files from the BlackBerry Workspaces Viewer.
  5. Click Apply.
