Using the Windows taskbar icon

When you click the BlackBerry Workspaces icon in the Windows tray, the following items are displayed:

This option displays a list of notifications that you have received. If you click View all, the BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application opens, and all of your notifications are displayed. If you click Mark all as read, all notifications are removed from the list.

The Page icon

This option displays the last 10 files that you interacted with.

The Globe icon

This option opens the BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application.

The Go to folder icon

This option opens your workspaces folder.

The Settings icon

If you click Preferences, the BlackBerry Workspaces window opens, where you can configure settings such as which workspaces that you want to sync.

If you click Quit, the BlackBerry Workspaces app closes.

The Help icon
This option displays the following items:
  • Help center: Opens a page that provides product troubleshooting and support
  • Report an issue: Opens a page where you can submit information about an issue with the product
  • What’s New: Opens a page that displays information about the new features that are included in the latest release of the software
  • About: Opens a page that displays information about BlackBerry Workspaces such as the version number

Sync status

This option shows the status of synchronization jobs. If you click Sync status, a page that shows all files that were synchronized, details about any issues, and possible solutions is displayed. If you hover over the status, such as Up to date, you can click to pause any synchronization jobs. You can then resume the job.
