Open the BlackBerry Help Center

  1. On the menu bar, click the BlackBerry Workspaces icon, and click Preferences.
  2. Click the Help tab.
  3. In the Help Center area, click Learn More.
    The online BlackBerry Help Center portal opens, where you can browse for help, view product updates, and access additional training resources.
