Acknowledge reading a file
If read acknowledgements are enabled in your organizations's environment, users can request read acknowledgement for files that they send to you or for all files in a workspace that they share with you. When you acknowledge that you have read a file, the user receives a notification.
You can access all the files that require your read acknowledgement from the main access menu under Pending acknowledgement. You can also access each file from the workspace or folder where it is stored. Files pending acknowledgement are displayed with

- Open a file that is pending read acknowledgement.
- At the bottom of the file, tap Tap here to acknowledge you have read the file.
