Pause automatic offline saving

Pause the download of any files that are being saved for offline access to save system resources.
  1. Swipe down from the top of your device screen to access the Android notification menu.
  2. Locate the Workspaces Save for offline item and tap Pause Download.
  3. To resume the download, tap Resume Download.
