Sign in to the BlackBerry Workspaces app
- Do one of the following:
- If you do not have an account, tap Register and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you already have an account, tap Sign in.
- In the Enter your email area, enter your email address.
- In the Enter site URL area, enter your site URL. By default, the site URL is www.watchdox.com (watchdox.com is the cloud service URL). If your organization uses a virtual appliance to host the Workspaces service or your organization has its own dedicated subdomain on the BlackBerry Workspaces cloud, the URL is different (for example, [company-name].watchdox.com).
- Tap Sign in to sign in using your organization's sign-in method.
- Do one of the following:

- Open the email on your device, copy the verification code, and return to the sign-in window.
- Enter the verification code.
- Tap Sign in.
Username and password
- Enter your sign in credentials.
- Do one of the following:
- If you have a BlackBerry Workspaces account: Tap Sign in.
- If you do not have a BlackBerry Workspaces account: Tap Create account. In the browser, follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternative authentication method

- To sign out, tap
. Beside your username, tap
> Sign Out.
