If you have configured BlackBerry UEM as a compliance partner in Entra for conditional access, you must set up the BlackBerry Work app configuration to invoke the workflows that register the device with Microsoft Intune for Entra ID conditional access.

Before you configure the BlackBerry Work app, make sure that your UEM has been configured as an Intune compliance partner in Entra. For more information, see Configuring UEM as an Intune compliance partner in Entra in the BlackBerry UEM Configuration content, and then complete the steps in Configure the BlackBerry Work app configuration for Entra ID Conditional Access.
