Turn on notifications for a shared mailbox

You can receive notifications of new email messages for any mailboxes that have been shared with you.
Before you can turn on notifications for a shared mailbox in BlackBerry Work, you must complete the tasks in Add a shared mailbox to BlackBerry Work.
  1. In the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher, tap The Settings icon.
  2. In the Notifications & Sounds section, tap Mail.
  3. In the Other Email section, slide the Shared mailboxes notifications option to ON.
