Add a shared contact

If you have been added as a delegate to a Microsoft Exchange user's mailbox, you can access all shared contacts from that mailbox on BlackBerry Work. When creating emails or events, your shared contacts will be displayed in the autocomplete field and you can add up to four shared contact accounts.
  1. Tap the launcher icon > The settings icon.
  2. Tap Contacts.
  3. Tap Shared Contacts.
  4. Tap The Add icon.
  5. In the Search Account field, type the email address of the shared contact account that you want to add.
  6. Tap Check Permission.
  7. Optionally, tap Color to change the color associated with the shared contact account.
  8. To view the shared contacts, tap The Navigation Drawer icon on the Contacts list. The shared contacts folder will be displayed below the Main account. A 2 arrows icon icon will be displayed beside all shared contacts.
