Considerations for upgrades from BlackBerry UEM

If you are upgrading from a previous version of BlackBerry UEM, make sure your servers meet the requirements for the BlackBerry UEM configuration you are upgrading to.

Note: If you have any inactive BlackBerry Connectivity Nodes, either activate them or remove them from the environment. If you do not activate them before upgrading, any devices they manage will be removed.
