Register devices in ADE and assign them to BlackBerry UEM

To register iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices with Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), you must enter the device serial numbers in Apple Business and assign the devices to the BlackBerry UEM server. To enter the serial numbers, you can type in each number, select the order number that Apple assigned to the devices when you purchased them, or upload a .csv file that contains the serial numbers.
  1. Log in to the Apple Business.
  2. Click Devices.
  3. Do the following for each device that you want to add:
    1. Search for the device serial number.
    2. Click the device.
    3. In the options menu, click Edit Device Management Service.
    4. Assign the device to the UEM server.
