If you are upgrading an environment that has activated BlackBerry Dynamics applications on devices, connections to the application servers, including the mail server, will continue to supported. For example, the BlackBerry Work application will continue to receive email during the upgrade.

BlackBerry Dynamics applications cannot be activated during the upgrade. All servers in the environment must be upgraded before any BlackBerry Dynamics applications can be activated.

Upgrade all servers in the environment within 24 hours of the first server upgrade.
