BEMS hardware requirements for up to 1000 devices

For up to 1000 devices, install BlackBerry UEM and BEMS (with BlackBerry Push Notifications and BlackBerry Presence) on one server and Microsoft SQL Server on another server. The UEM and BEMS server must be physically located near the server that hosts the SQL Server database. You may need to adjust the -Xmx values of the UI and Core services for this configuration.

Note: To add BlackBerry Connect and BlackBerry Docs, you must meet the hardware requirements for 2000 or 5000 devices, which require a separate server for BEMS.
