By default, BlackBerry Org Connect is not enabled in BlackBerry UEM on-premises or BlackBerry UEM Cloud. You must enable Org Connect manually before you can register your organization and create connections. You can use a new or existing instance of UEM.

To request a new UEM instance, log in to your BlackBerry Online Account and click Organizations > Servers > Add server and select UEM on-premises or UEM Cloud.
