When you want a conversation on

to follow you from a mobile device, make sure to sign in on
the desktop client and sign out from the mobile device.- Return to the home screen of the device so theBlackBerry Connectapp is in the background. For example, if you open theBlackBerry Connectapp and then switch to another app,BlackBerry Connectgoes into the background.
- Turn off the display to put the device in sleep mode.
