Known issues
Some users that are enabled for persistent chat and are members of more than 100 rooms don't receive invitations on the desktop client or the BlackBerry Connect app when they are added to additional rooms as members. (GCC-7019, GEMSS-5886) |
When persistent chat is enabled and users update to the latest build, the persistent chat feature options are not available. (GCC-5532)
Workaround: Log out and log in to BlackBerry Connect if BEMS is upgraded before the BlackBerry Connect app is upgraded. |

Users do not receive some group discussion invitation notifications when the BlackBerry Connect app is in the background, and users forced BlackBerry Connect to quit or signed out of BlackBerry Connect , and then started. (GEMSS-6225)
