Managing apps protected by Microsoft Intune
Androiddevices, if you want to use
Microsoft Intuneapp protection policies to protect data in
Office 365apps, you can do so while using
BlackBerry UEMto manage the devices. You can connect
Intune, allowing you to set
Intuneapp protection policies from within the
To deploy apps protected by
Intune, you must first configure the connection between
Intune. For more information, see Connecting
Intuneuses app protection policies to protect apps. To protect apps from the
UEMmanagement console, you create an
Intuneapp protection profile. When you create or update an app protection profile in
UEM, the settings are sent to
Intuneand update the settings in the corresponding app protection policy.
- If you update theIntuneapp protection policy in theAzureportal, the changes are not synchronized withBlackBerry UEM. After you create an app protection profile inUEM, do not update the correspondingIntunepolicy withinAzure. Modifying or deleting theIntunepolicy can prevent other users from activatingBlackBerry Enterprise BRIDGE.
- Creating anIntunepolicy inAzureand assign it to a directory-linked group that includes users that are managed byBlackBerry UEMis not supported.
