Log in to BlackBerry Connect

Verify that the BlackBerry Connect app is installed and activated on the device.
  1. On the device open the BlackBerry Connect app.
  2. Depending on the instant messaging server in your environment, complete one of the following tasks
    1. Skype for Business: If prompted, enter your user password.
    2. Cisco Unified Communications Manager and IM and Presence servers: In the Username field, enter your username. The username must be in the following format: <userID>@<Domain>.com. In the Password field enter your password.
  3. Tap the Go button.
