Transition from one mobile device to another
Note: When you want a conversation on Microsoft Office Communications Server to follow you from a mobile device, make sure to sign in on
the desktop client and sign out from the mobile device.
- Return to the home screen of the device so the BlackBerry Connect app is in the background. For example, if you open the BlackBerry Connect app and then switch to another app, BlackBerry Connect goes into the background.
- Turn off the display to put the device in sleep mode.
- Sign in on the new device.
