Change your status

You can manually change your status.
  1. Click The Selected Profile icon.
  2. In the status drop-down list, select a status. Choose from:
    • The Available icon Available
    • The Busy icon Busy
    • The Do Not Disturb icon Do Not Disturb
    • The Be Right Back icon Be Right Back
    • The Be Right Back icon Away
  3. Optionally, type a personal message to your contacts that is displayed with your status.
