View incidents in the Incident Manager

  1. Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc management system as a Plan Incident Manager, Plan Manager, Organization Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator.
  2. Click Plan > Incident Manager.
  3. Optionally, click All Incidents and select any of the following options to filter the list of incidents:
    • Draft Incidents
    • Live Incidents
    • Ended Incidents
  4. Click any incident to open the incident details page.
