View the delivery status of messages

In a live collaboration, the following icons beside each message you send indicate the status of that message:
  • The Message Sent icon: Sent
  • The Message Sent icon: Delivered to at least one participant
  • The Message Delivered to All Participants icon: Delivered to all participants
  • The Message Read by at Least One Participant icon: Read by at least one participant
  • The Message Read by all Participants icon: Read by all participants
Click the status icon beside a message to open the Message Delivery Status window to see the delivery status for each collaboration participant.
