- Ensure that your attribute mappings are correctly configured.
- Verify that all required BlackBerry AtHoc user fields are mapped to Microsoft Entra ID attributes.
- Check that the mapped attributes contain the expected data.
- If using XSLT, verify the transformation script syntax.
