Add a message to the mobile app home screen

You can customize branding and information displayed on the mobile app home screen using the Customized Content settings. These settings enable you to display a greeting on the mobile app home screen that appears below your organization's logo. Both sub organizations and standalone organizations can use the Customized Content settings to provide a personalized welcome message and contact information to mobile app users.

  1. In the navigation bar, click The Settings icon.
  2. On the Settings screen, in the Mobile App Settings section, click Customized Content.
  3. On the Customized Content screen, click The Toggle Enabled icon to enable the home screen message.
  4. On the Home Screen Message tab, enter a title of up to 100 characters in the Title field.
  5. Enter a message of up to 300 characters in the Message field.
  6. Optionally, use the style formatting bar to adjust the look of your message.
  7. Click Save.
