Respond to an accountability event

This section describes how to respond to accountability events.

  1. Tap The Globe icon to open the BlackBerry AtHoc mobile app on your device.
  2. On the home screen, tap an accountability event.
  3. Optionally, if there are attachments included in the event, tap an attachment to view it. If there are multiple attachments, you can swipe right and left to view them.
  4. In the Update my status section, tap a response option. Your response is submitted and a confirmation message appears. To cancel the response, tap Undo before the countdown ends. To dismiss the message and keep your response, tap Close.
  5. Optionally, if comments are enabled for the alert, enter up to 300 characters of text to provide additional context about your response.
  6. Tap Send Now. An Updated My Status message appears.

You can continue to update your status for the duration of the event.

Note: If you do not respond to the event, reminder messages are sent to you at intervals until the event ends.
