What's new in this release?

Each release consists of new and enhanced features and resolved and known issues for the BlackBerry® AtHoc® mobile app for iOS and Android.

4.19.0 – October 2026

• Advanced query targeting in alert publishing: When you publish an alert from a template that uses advanced query targeting, the Target tab displays the query criteria and the number of targeted users. You cannot edit advanced query criteria in the mobile app.
• Alert Content tab layout: On the Content tab of a new alert, the Add location, Add link, Add attachment, and Publish schedule options in the Target section use a consistent row layout. Tap anywhere on the Publish schedule row to edit it.
• Home screen empty state: When you have responded to all live alerts and events, the Response required section on the home screen displays a No responses pending card. The Published section is hidden when there are no live published alerts or events.
• OS Support: Support for iOS 27 was added.
• Vertical response options with undo: Alert response options appear in a vertical list. After you select a response, a confirmation message with an Undo button appears so that you can cancel sending the response.
