Who can publish alerts from mobile app?

An operator with any Alert Publisher role. Operators can create and publish new alerts starting from a blank alert or by selecting an alert template.

Why can’t I log in as an operator on the mobile app?

To log in, you must do the following:

• Have Alert Publisher permissions.
• Use either VPN or Wi-Fi connection to access your BlackBerry AtHoc management system.
  Note: The OnPrem BlackBerry AtHoc management system is not publicly accessible from the mobile app.

Which alert templates should be visible in the app?

The app should show only alert templates that are enabled for quick publishing and are ready for publishing (all required sections are complete.)

Can Enterprise Administrators publish alerts from the mobile app after their user account is moved to a different organization?

Enterprise Administrators who are moved to a different organization in an enterprise or super enterprise hierarchy retain the Enterprise Administrator role and can publish alerts from the BlackBerry AtHoc mobile app from their new organization.
