Banner and attachment images for alerts and accountability events are now properly scaled to maintain image proportions and quality. Previously, images with dimensions smaller than the allocated display space were stretched to fill the banner area, which distorted visual details. The system now preserves original image proportions and fills remaining space with a black background. When users tap a banner image to view the full version, the image displays at proper scale without distortion, enabling clear viewing of attachments and alert details.

An issue where image and video attachments would disappear from alert details after a user replied to an alert was fixed. The attachment would vanish 5-7 seconds after replying and was not visible when viewing the alert on the Activities screen.
