Create the app configuration for key mapping for the Knox Service plug-in

  1. On the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Click Knox Service Plugin > App Configuration.
  3. Click +.
  4. Enter a name and the license key.
  5. Enable Debug Mode and Work Profile Policies.
  6. In the Device Key Mapping section, enable key mapping and add the application package name you want to manage.
  7. Click Save.
