UEM user roles
Users with the Enterprise Administrator, Senior Help Desk, or Security Administrator UEM user role can perform the following UEM Notifications tasks:
- Access the BlackBerry AtHoc connection settings page in UEM
- Synchronize users
- Pair and unpair BlackBerry AtHoc devices
- Send notifications from All user’s or Group panels
Note: The Junior Help Desk user role does not provide any permissions to configure or use UEM Notifications.
