When users signed in to Microsoft Entra ID from an app other than Microsoft Teams, BlackBerry Access sent a macOS user agent to Entra ID sign-in. Entra ID identified the device as a macOS device instead of iOS and prevented conditional access from functioning as expected. (BBA-20972)

On devices running iOS 27, BlackBerry Access didn't open the Okta Verify app when the sign-in page redirected users to it. (BBA-20926)
