When users upload large PDF files (17 MB or larger) using the Download Manager, they cannot preview or open the PDF after download. (BBA-20434)

When users switch to Windowed or Stage Mode on iPadOS, webpages don't automatically switch to Mobile Site mode. New tabs load in Desktop Site mode by default instead of Mobile Site mode. When users change to Windowed or Stage Mode, existing tabs that opened in Full screen mode don't switch to Mobile Site mode. (BBA-20040)

Workaround: Manually change to mobile site viewing (tap > Switch to Mobile Site).

When you configure the BlackBerry Dynamics profile and the BlackBerry Access app settings, restriction messages don't appear before the AirDrop window opens when users attempt to share a file through AirDrop. Restriction messages appear as expected before other third-party sharing options open. (BBA-19847)

When FIPS is enabled, websites that use 3DES cipher with TLS 1.2 fail to load and display an SSL/TLS mismatch error message. (BBA-19489)

Workaround: If access to 3DES-based websites is required, disable FIPS mode.

When the "Allow WebRTC" option is enabled in the app configuration, some users are unable to load WebRTC-based websites and receive an error message. (BBA-16920)
