Manage bookmarks

In BlackBerry Access do any of the following:

Steps

Add a bookmark.

  1. Tap Menu icon .
  2. Tap Add to Bookmarks.
  3. If required, edit the name of the bookmark.
  4. In the Location section, tap Bookmarks and specify the folder location for your bookmark.

    You can create a new folder from the Location section. Tap the default location folder, then tap New Folder.

  5. Tap Save.

Edit a bookmark.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • iOS with the address bar at the bottom of the screen: Tap Menu icon > Bookmarks icon.
    • iOS or iPadOS with the address bar at the top of the screen: Tap Menu access icon.
  2. Navigate to the folder that contains the bookmark you want to edit resides.
  3. Tap Edit.
  4. Beside the bookmark you want to edit, tap Hamburger menu icon.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Tap Save.

Add a bookmark folder.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • iOS with the address bar at the bottom of the screen: Tap Menu icon> Bookmarks icon.
    • iOS or iPadOS with the address bar at the top of the screen: Tap Menu access icon.
  2. Optionally, navigate to the new folder destination.
  3. Tap Edit > New Folder.
  4. In the Title field, enter a name for your new bookmark folder.
  5. In the Location section, tap Bookmarks and specify the folder location for your folder.
  6. Tap Save.

View and search bookmarks.

You might see preloaded bookmarks that your administrator set in BlackBerry Access. Preloaded bookmarks appear in the Corporate Bookmarks section.

Tap a bookmark to view the bookmarked webpage.

If you have a new tab open, you can tap a bookmark to view.

Reorder your favorite bookmarks and folders.

Preloaded bookmarks appear in the order that they are specified by your administrator and cannot be reordered.
  1. On the Bookmark tab, tap Edit.
  2. Press Menu icon, hold, and drag your bookmarks or folders into the order that you want them to display.
  3. Tap Done.

Import and export bookmarks.

  1. On the Bookmarks tab, tap More.
  2. Do one of the following:
    1. Tap Import and select an import source option.
    2. Tap Export and select an export destination .
