Generate a diagnostics report

You can generate a diagnostics report and share the results with your administrator.
  1. Tap The Launcher icon to open the BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher.
  2. Tap The Settings icon.
  3. In the Advanced section, tap Run Diagnostics.
  4. Tap Start Diagnostics.
  5. Click Start.
  6. When the diagnostics are complete, click Share logs to send an email with the report details.
