Manage settings for BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser

  1. On the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser toolbar, click your profile.
  2. Do any of the following:

    Click Change BlackBerry Access Password and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Manage autofill and passwords
    For faster sign-ins, form completion, and online transactions, you can enter and save the necessary information.
    1. Click Autofill and passwords.
    2. Click the appropriate autofill setting (passwords, contact information, address) that you want to save.
    3. Complete the on-screen instructions.

    Customize your profile
    To change your profile name, theme, avatar, or desktop shortcut, click Customize profile and update any of the following:
    • Change your profile name.
    • Set a browser theme color.
    • Select an avatar for your profile.
    • Create a shortcut on your desktop to your profile.

    Improve search suggestions

    Click Profile > Improve search suggestions to display search suggestions when you type in the search field or address bar. This feature is disabled in incognito mode.

    Add BlackBerry Access profile

    Click Add BlackBerry Access profile to add profiles that use separate passwords. If the computer is shared, this allows multiple users to use the same browser and keep their data separate.

    You can customize each profile to easily identify the account.

    Import bookmarks and settings

    To import bookmarks and settings from your previous browser, click Menu icon > Settings > Profile > Import bookmarks and settings, and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Customize the browser view

    To manage the toolbar layout, font size, page zoom, and whether to display features such as the bookmarks bar and home button. Click Menu icon > Settings > Appearance.
