Upload log files to BlackBerry Support

If BlackBerry Support requests log files, you can have one or more users upload log files from their device.

Instruct the user to do the following:

  1. In the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser, click The Menu icon > About BlackBerry Access.
  2. Click Upload logs to BlackBerry Support.
