    Task

    Description

    Lock app

Lock the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser app. This is useful when a user has lost a device but may recover it. The app cannot be accessed. The app data is not deleted.

    Unlock app

Unlock the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser app. The user regains access to the app and app data.

    Delete app data

You can remotely erase BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser data from a user's device when a security policy is violated, a user's network permissions change or are revoked, the device has been lost, or the user's employment is terminated. When data is wiped, the secure container that stores the organization's files and folders is overwritten with zeros to prevent data recovery. This is different from an ordinary file deletion, where only the pointer to the file in the file allocation table is deleted.

    Logging on

Turn on app logging. Logging is set to debug level.

    Logging off

    Turn off app logging.

    Upload log files

Upload the app logs from the device to the BlackBerry Dynamics NOC.

    Get app events

Display detailed information about compliance and other app events.

    App details

Displays detailed information about the app, including the Container ID.

  7. Confirm whether you want to complete the action.
