Verify that BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser can use certificates in BlackBerry UEM

The BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser app can use PKCS #12 certificates. For other BlackBerry Dynamics apps such as internal and third-party apps, you must allow them to use certificates. To verify that the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser can use certificates, do the following:

  1. In the BlackBerry UEM management console, on the menu bar, click Apps.
  2. Search for and click BlackBerry Access Desktop.
  3. On the BlackBerry Dynamics tab, in the User certificates section, select the Allow BlackBerry Dynamics apps to use user certificates, SCEP profiles, and user credential profiles check box.
  4. Click Save.
