You can use your environment's software distribution mechanism to deploy BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser to your users' Windows devices, or direct users to download and install BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser from BlackBerry Access Downloads. Instruct users to remove BlackBerry Access for Windows version 3.4 or earlier before installing BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser. Installation and activation of the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser will fail if BlackBerry Access for Windows 3.4 or earlier is present on the user's computer.
