Steps to replace the autogenerated SSL certificate for one BEMS node

When you replace the autogenerated SSL certificate for one BEMS node, you perform the following actions.
Note: The browser may report that your SSL certificate is untrusted if you replace the BEMS self-signed certificate with another self-signed certificate.
Steps Action

Step 0ne

If you need to obtain a signed certificate for BEMS, Create a new keystore, generate a CSR request, and obtain a signed certificate from a CA.


Step two

If you have an existing certificate (.pfx), Import a previously issued certificate using a .pfx file


Step three

Move the certificate into the BEMS keystore.


Step four

Update the certificate passwords in BEMS.


Step five

Assign the BEMS SSL certificate to users.
