Add the certificate friendly name to the Presence server configuration file

Specify the certificate friendly name.
  1. In a text editor, open the LyncPresenceProviderService.exe.config file. By default, the LyncPresenceProviderService.exe.config file is located in <install path>\Technology\BlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server\BlackBerry Presence\.
  2. Locate the existing entry for <add key="RESTRICT_CERT_BY_FRIENDLY_NAME" value=""/> and enter the certificate friendly name in the value property. For example: <add key="RESTRICT_CERT_BY_FRIENDLY_NAME" value="<cert_friendly_name>" />. The key value is case sensitive.
  3. Save your changes.
  4. Start the Good Technology Presence service.
