Remove a device from your BBM Enterprise account

  1. Tap The menu icon.
  2. Tap My Profile or your profile picture to display your profile screen.
  3. Tap Devices.
  4. Tap the device that you want to remove from your BBM Enterprise account.
  5. Tap Deactivate device.
  6. Tap Yes to confirm.
