BBM Enterprise cloud directory service management
You can update the cloud directory directly by entering or importing user details. Users are also automatically imported to the cloud directory upon entitlement to BBM Enterprise and automatically removed from the cloud directory when their entitlement is removed.
BBM Enterprise supports and synchronizes the following properties of the user profile to BBM Enterprise cloud directory. You can select any of the following properties to import. If you select display name, the display name in Active Directory is used as the user identifier instead of first and last name.
- Display name
- First and last name
- Email (required)
- Job title
- Department name
- Phone number
