This guide provides lifecycle dates for all BlackBerry enterprise software products. The following table explains the software lifecycle terms used throughout this guide.

General availability

This is the date on which the product or service was released and made available to the general public.

End of engineering support

This is the date on which BlackBerry will no longer provide fixes, updates, or security patches for the specified version of the product or service.

End of technical support

This is the date on which BlackBerry will no longer provide technical support or workarounds to resolve any product or service issues for the specified version of the product or service.

End of sale

This is the date on which the product or service are no longer available for sale from BlackBerry.

End of life

This is the date on which BlackBerry will no longer provide fixes, updates, security patches, or workarounds for any version of the software to resolve any product or service issues. The product will no longer be supported by BlackBerry and there will be no new versions of the software.
