View a file activity log

You can view an activity log that shows details about activities performed on a selected file (for example, who accessed the file, the device used, and the location). The activity log can only be viewed on a file, not on a folder.
  1. In the content area, select the desired file.
  2. Access the file's File activities tab in the management pane.
  3. Click Full Log.
  4. To filter the log by date, set Set date range fields.
  5. To export the displayed portion of the log, click Export log. The log file is exported as a .csv file.
