Basic deployment

A Basic deployment of BlackBerry Workspaces Server includes two virtual machines that support up to 500 active users.

In Basic deployments, you cannot add copies of servers for scale or high availability. If you want scalability or high availability, use the Advanced deployment instead.

The following table lists the servers and server roles in a basic deployment:
