Create a custom payload profile

Create a dedicated custom payload profile for each Apple MDM feature that you want to control.
Download and install the latest version of Apple Configurator.
  1. In Apple Configurator, create an Apple configuration profile for the feature that you want to control.
  2. Copy the XML payload for the feature from the Apple configuration profile.
  3. In the BlackBerry UEM management console, on the menu bar, click Policies and profiles > Custom > Custom payload.
  4. Click Add icon..
  5. Type a name and description for the profile.
  6. On the iOS or macOS tab, in the Custom payload field, paste the XML code from the configuration profile.
    To view a sample payload, click the Sample payload link.
  7. Click Add.
Assign the profile to users and groups.
