View accountability event status by organizational or dynamic hierarchy attribute

The Hierarchy tab displays all event statuses arranged in a table format where each possible status appears as a column and each organizational or dynamic hierarchy level appears as a separate row. By default, the tab displays event statuses sorted by organizational hierarchy. You can use the drop-down list to select a dynamic hierarchy attribute.

When you select "Dynamic Hierarchy" from the pull-down list, the hierarchy levels are represented as expandable rows that allow you to view further values in each level. Rows are collapsed by default and can be expanded to display deeper levels of the hierarchy. If no users have responded to a particular value, it displays as 0 in the row.

Each cell in the table displays the number of users at the selected hierarchy level with the selected status. Columns appear for each accountability event response option, with user counts displayed for each option. Response options that have no responses are still included in the table but show a count of 0. The dynamic hierarchy attribute values display the count of responses for users who have that specific dynamic hierarchy attribute value selected in their user profile.

The numbers in each cell are interactive and function as hyperlinks. When you click any numeric value in a table cell, the Users tab opens with the organization or dynamic hierarchy level pre-selected as a search criteria, allowing you to view and track the specific users associated with that count.

The display of the hierarchy varies depending on your organizational level. When logged into a super enterprise or enterprise organization, the hierarchy includes "All Users" as a parent node with suborganizations as child nodes. The "All Users" node displays an aggregate of all sub-enterprise organizations and suborganizations. However, when logged into an enterprise organization without any suborganizations, only that enterprise organization's hierarchy is displayed.

The organization hierarchy shown using the Organizational Hierarchy attribute is defined at the suborganization level. At the enterprise and super enterprise levels, the organizations displayed are from the enterprise or super enterprise level.

You can export the accountability event summary page as either a PDF or CSV file. When exporting with a dynamic hierarchy attribute selected, the exported rows display a full path name, such as U.S.A./California/San Francisco, providing complete context for each hierarchy level.
