Change a sandbox user account

In a browser, visit https://appworld.blackberry.com/isvportal.
Log in to the vendor portal for the BlackBerry App World storefront using a user account with the Admin role.
In the left pane, click Sandbox.
In the Action column, click the edit icon for the sandbox user account that you want to change.
In the Email field, type a new email address that is associated with a registered BlackBerry ID.
Click Save.
